Benefits of Vibrational Therapy in Grief Healing

By vibrational & biofield therapist Red Lakkis

Grief is something we all deal with in this lifetime. Whether it's a loss of a relationship or a loved one.

Sadly, there is no “quick fix” to grief, but there are more effective and comfortable ways to help mend your broken heart and lead you gently to find peace with it.

Talking about it and expressing how you feel is a great way to process grief. Although for some it's hard to talk or even know how to talk about it. You may be one of those people who would never cry on the shoulder of a trusted friend. Your grief is just too personal and painful to share openly. If that describes you, then sound therapy offers an alternative to process this heavy time.

We are not meant to get over a loss, but we can certainly find a place to put it, with love and acceptance so we can learn how to move forward.

In vibrational sound therapy Solfeggio tuning forks are used around the body to soothe and integrate peace through this journey. Each Solfeggio tone is comprised of a frequency required to balance your energy and keep your body, mind, and spirit in perfect harmony. There are 9 forks in this set, each with a frequency for healing different aspects of life.

396 Hz (UT) is the tuning fork for turning grief into joy, liberating guilt & fear.

This frequency is important because of its ability to ease and remove the feelings of guilt and fear we’ve accumulated throughout our life as well. The therapy session is combined with Tibetan bowls and other tuning fork sequences to relax the body and mind giving space and calm to facilitate healing.
